Top 5 EQVVS Tips
Tips to help you to Fantasy Premier League success this season.
- Add Players to your watch list
- Don’t leave too much value on the bench
- Make transfers later in the week (but don’t forget!)
- Hold onto your chips, wait for those double Gameweeks
- Stick to your gut – don’t be persuaded by your mates to buy a player that they’re SURE will rise to stardom (it always ends badly)
This week, Gameweek 1 consists of only 16 teams making it that little bit harder to pick the perfect squad, but have no fear, we are sharing our Top Fantasy Picks to help you with that ever important decision making process.
Our Top Fantasy Picks
Must Have: Nick Pope | Burnley | £5.5m
Just missed out on Golden Glove award for 2019/20 season after accumulating 15 clean sheets, 1 behind Manchester City’s Ederson.
Chance Buy: Mathew Ryan | Brighton | £4.5m
The Australian shot stopper had an impressive campaign for Brighton last season with 9 clean sheets, after featuring in all 38 league matches.
Must Have: Trent Alexander-Arnold | Liverpool | £7.5m
Undoubtedly the best right back in the Premier League, Alexander-Arnold notched up an impressive 13 assists during Liverpool’s Premier League winning season.
Chance Buy: Thiago Silva | Chelsea | £5.5m
Armed with an abundance of experience and a recent Champions League Final loss, Thiago Silva will surely bolster an otherwise suspect defence at Chelsea.
Must Have: Kevin De Bruyne | Manchester City | £11.5m
With 13 goals and 20 assists last time out, Kevin De Bruyne is the must have midfielder for any dream team. Grab those extra bonus points too by making him the team skipper.
Chance Buy: Harvey Barnes | Leicester |£7.0m
Barnes made his breakthrough last season with Leicester, scoring 6 goals and assisting with 8. Priced quite cheaply, he is a steal and will tot up some important points from midfield.
Must Have: Harry Kane | Tottenham Hotspur | £10.5m
Expensive at over £10million, but Kane should be the go to striker for all fantasy football teams. Last season he finished joint 6th top scorer but our predictions are he will be the main man this season!
Chance Buy: Callum Wilson | Newcastle | £6.5m
A star of buy gone seasons with Bournemouth has found a new club after relegation and will be sure to finish where he left off in the Premier League.
