Here at EQVVS, we want to reassure all of our customers that everything is currently business as usual and our operations have not been affected by the COVID-19 situation. All of our deliveries and couriers are still operating as normal with no delays in getting parcels to customers. We’re keeping a close watch on how the Coronavirus COVID-19 situation is unfolding. As the situation develops, so do our efforts in ensuring our staff and customers wellbeing is put first. We are continually following advice set out by local and national governments, health officials and the World Health Organisation in how to put in place best practice measures to minimise the risk to our local communities.
Our stores and warehouses are being deep cleaned on a daily basis.
All staff adhering to strict health and hygiene standards.
Office staff are working from home where possible.
Any staff showing symptoms of a mild cold or similar are being asked to stay at home and self-isolate for seven days.
Our delivery drivers are providing a contact free service to minimise risk and to cater to customers who may be self isolating
With these measures in place, we hope that our usual service will remain largely unaffected.
