Customer Update 24/03: We’re Business As Usual | March 2020

We want to reassure all of our customers that everything is currently business as usual and our online operations remain unaffected. We are working closely with our courier partners and are not expecting any delays in our normal delivery service.

It goes without saying that our thoughts are with everyone affected by the coronavirus COVID-19, and in line with Government advice our stores are now closed until further notice. We just want you to know that we're monitoring the situation closely and responding to the rapid changes every day, because the safety and well-being of our customers and staff remain our top priority.

We are continually following advice set out by local and national governments, health officials and the World Health Organisation in how to put in place best practice measures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

These include..

  • Our warehouses are being deep cleaned on a daily basis.
  • Our delivery drivers are providing a contact free service to minimise risk and to cater to customers who may be self isolating
  • All staff who are still working are adhering to strict health and hygiene standards and maintaining social distancing practices.
  • Staff are working from home where possible.
