Vacancy: Senior Sales Assistant
Employment type: Full Time
Salary: up to £18,000 (£9.00 per hour) based on experience
Do you have experience in retail sales? Looking for a new challenge in a friendly, fast-paced, fashion environment? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to join our Lincoln team.
As part of the role you will be working with some of the most sought after premium menswear brands including CP Company, Emporio Armani, Hugo Boss and Barbour.
Candidates will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional customer service and a thorough knowledge of products on offer.
Main duties will include:
- Achieving sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Follow all store operating procedures e.g. merchandising, stock takes, replenishment etc
- Handle till transactions in line with operating procedures
- Assist management team in coaching and motivating more junior members of the team
- Any other reasonable task as instructed by the store management team
Candidates applying for the position must be experienced in retail sales, preferably in fashion.
