Extended Returns and Christmas Delivery Information at EQVVS.

At EQVVS we work hard to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible because we understand how important it is to get those gifts in time for Christmas.

So, over the busy festive period, we have extended our delivery times to take the stress out of Christmas – here’s everything you need to know about Christmas delivery and extended returns.

If you want to guarantee your order gets to you by Christmas Eve, make sure you order by the following times:

3-4 day delivery: Order by 4pm on Thursday 19th for delivery between Monday 23rd – Tuesday 24th December.

1-2 day delivery: Order by Midnight on Friday 20th for delivery between Monday 23rd – Tuesday 24th December.

DPD next working day delivery: Order by 4pm Monday 23rd to receive on Tuesday 24th December.

Unfortunately, orders placed after the listed times will not be received in time for Christmas and will be dispatched on Thursday 27th December. Please note that there are no collections or deliveries on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Christmas Extended Returns Policy

Shopping for loved ones at Christmas can be tricky – sometimes you’re not sure about size, fit or style. We want you to find the perfect gift this year, so we’ve introduced an extended return period to help take into account items that are bought for someone else.

If your item was purchased on or after Monday 18th November 2019 and you decide you would like to return it for a refund or exchange, you have until Monday 6th January 2020 to do so.
