The day has finally arrived... After a 100-day hiatus the Premier League will resume on 17th June and today, the fixtures have been released for the first three match rounds of the resumed 2019/20 season. Even though all matches will be played behind closed doors, we are more than ready for the void that football left to finally be filled.

The first matches to kick off the recommencement of the Premier League are between Aston Villa and Sheffield United at 18:00 shortly followed by Manchester City and Arsenal at 20:15. Both games will be shown on Sky Sports on Wednesday 17th June.

The BBC will broadcast four games for free which will be the first time that games will have been shown live by the BBC since the Premier League’s inception in 1992. The last time a live, top-flight league football match was broadcast on the BBC was during the 1987-88 season.

Along with the BBC’s free-to-air matches, four matches broadcast by Amazon Prime and a selection of 25 matches on Sky Sports will also be broadcast for free.

See below the full list of fixtures as confirmed today by the Premier League. Fixtures highlighted in bold will be available for free.
