Our Stores Are Opening 26.06.20
Beth Fraser on Fri, Jun 12, 20
To All Our Customers,
It seems a lifetime ago that our doors were open. We missed you.
After a lot of thought, we have made the decision to open our store from Friday 26th June. We know that stores like ours have had the green light to reopen on 15th June, but in order to spend as much time as possible making EQVVS a safe environment for all, we have decided to wait a little longer.
The safety and wellbeing of our staff and loyal customers has been our priority from the very start, and we have been strictly adhering to government guidelines to ensure that our stores can remain a safe and relaxing shopping environment.
Throughout the 11 weeks our doors have been closed, we have continually followed advice set out by local and national governments, health officials and WHO. We will be introducing new in-store safety guidelines throughout our store to keep you and our staff safe at all times. These include:
- Hand sanitiser units and face masks available on every entrance and exit. All staff and customers will be required to wear face masks whilst in store.
- Limiting the number of customers allowed in the store and a new one way system to allow for 2-metre social distancing
- Protection screens at all till points
- Cashiers to wear gloves and encourage the use of contactless pay where possible.
- Deep storewide cleans to be carried out at the end of every day as well as routine sanitising of all touch points in the stores throughout the day
- Refunds now available on in store purchases to allow you to try on at home
We will constantly be updating our working practices as the situation changes, and we strive to keep you updated as best we can over the coming weeks and the lead up to our reopen. We urge you to follow our social channels to keep up to date with the latest developments.
As always, for customers who are still not ready to venture out just yet, you can still browse our full product line and order through our website with next day delivery available.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued loyalty and support during this time, our thoughts are with anyone who may have been affected by the coronavirus COVID-19.
We look forward to seeing you shopping with us again soon.
