We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you as a valued customer.
Standard postage will now be refunded for future returns of online orders (this does not include the cost to send the item back to us). Please note that this only relates to the cost of standard delivery and any additional charges such as special/express delivery will not be refunded. Please also note that this does not apply to the return of partial orders.
