HOW TO RETURN
Having second thoughts on an item? You have up to 14 days to decide if you would like to return items for a refund and 28 days for an e-gift card.
1. Fill in the returns form
Fill in the form with the items you wish to return for a refund or e-gift card and include this within your return. Repackage the item(s) in a suitable mail bag or box to protect them during transit. Please note, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
2. Package and send the items

Please make sure to clearly mark ‘returned items’ on the outer packaging of your return and most importantly, ensure the ‘returned goods’ option is selected on the customer declaration form. This will prevent you being charged any additional taxes and import charges. We are based in the UK and do not cover the cost of international returns. Remember to retain your postage receipt.
3. your refund will be on its way
Within 3-5 days of your return arriving back at our warehouse, we’ll send an email to confirm when your return has been processed and a refund/e-gift card issued.
For refunds, please allow 7 working days for refunds to show in your account. E-gift cards are emailed to your email address and available to spend straight away on our website.
Our Returns Policy
A few little things to remember with returns: Apparel needs to be undamaged and in its original packaging with labels and tags still intact. We know you'll want to try it on and that's fine, just make sure your items are sent back with no signs of wear, including no evidence of deodorant marks, aftershaves, makeup or other marks and odours. For health and safety reasons sales on underwear and earrings are final.
Please note that until we've signed for your items in our warehouse, the goods are your responsibility. So make sure you've packaged them securely to avoid any damage in transit and that you’ve obtained proof of postage.
