Am I eligible for EQVVS Unlimited?

To qualify for EQVVS Unlimited Delivery, you must live in the UK and some postcode restrictions do apply. Unfortunately, next working day delivery is unavailable for Highlands, Islands, Jersey and Guernsey. But not to worry, you can still benefit from EQVVS Unlimited, your orders might just take a little bit longer. Do I Need An Account?

You don’t need to register an account with us before you subscribe to EQVVS Unlimited. Having an account with us at EQVVS however, will give you easier access to your order history and tracking information as well as your delivery information and address. With an EQVVS account you can also get personalised recommendations that are tailored to your style.

What Happens After 12 Months?

Don’t worry, we’ll notify you before your subscription ends to remind you that your EQVVS Unlimited is coming to an end. We know you’ll love the subscription, so we’ll give you a chance to subscribe again for the next year.

Can I change my mind and cancel it?

Once an order has been placed using EQVVS Unlimited you will no longer be able to cancel your subscription, unless you return your order within our standard returns window of 14 days.
