EQVVS Lookbook #012 | Festival finery... at it's finest.
We're writing you this from the offices of EQVVS HQ, all reeling in jealousy from missing out on some pretty top notch headlining sets at Glastonbury last week.
So, while parts of the UK are on a Glasto comedown with post-gig blues at their very peak, we thought we'd try keep the festival spark alive with an outfit for the lookbook. So here's one that you can wear when you're rewatching Arctic Monkeys on iPlayer because you've no money and frankly no prospects since it all finished (unless you're hitting Reading/Leeds Festival next?)

The designers at BOSS always have your best interests at heart season after season, which is why they're supplying golfing gear with passenger polos galore as well as top tier loungewear-y sweat set outfits.

Cargo Shorts by Polo Ralph Lauren
While most people think Prepster Chino Shorts in a pastel hue really epitomised the “Ralphy” college boy look. The man's far from a one trick pony (pun intended).
A heavy hitter in the 90's, Polo Ralph Lauren fluttered a bit of interest among some pretty unsuspecting subcultures, including, but not limited to, a load of Skater Boys and the Wu-Tang Clan. So with a clientele as impressive as that, it's only right to carry on supplying for the street cultures that put ralphy on the maps for the masses.

Clarks Originals Overleigh Sandals :
With thanks to the uprising of the Slider and then the Birkenstock Clog, this socks and sandals kinda look is a Pinterest pinners heaven. Taking inspiration from both Gorpcore fanatics as well as your grandad on his caravan holiday at the coast… there's something endearing about a little sock and sandal action.
Jake Hip Bag by Carhartt WIP:
Cargos have all of those pockets, and that's great, but sometimes it is easier to just put it in a bag that's chest height, rather than reaching down to retrieve a bag of trail mix from the pocket by your knee caps.
Bucket Hat by Carhartt WIP:
While we are advocates of a funky, acid-trip kind of bucket hat for a festival… we thought for longevity we'd try out a nice subtle beige colour. You can wear it when you're back in your home town after festival season and everyone will still believe that you've heard Fools Gold by The Stone Roses.
